It’s Good to Stop Smoking – Good for You and Others

Many smokers without knowing the stop smoking benefits still prefer smoking and justify themselves saying that they are using low tar cigarettes that are not harmful. But there is no truth as they usually prefer deeper puffs and hold the smoke in their mouth for a longer time. The worst result is the lung damage when a portion of the smoke is dragged into their lungs. Carbon monoxide corrupts the muscles, brain, and other tissues. This tells upon the smooth working of the heart to pump out blood. When your heart strains, the respiratory system swells which is not good for health.

Myth in cigarette smoking:

It is a myth if a smoker says that he is using a safe cigarette. The individual uses his self defense mechanism to protect his choice to smoking. Actually, there is no such a thing known as safe cigarette though it is light or ultra light. Cigarette with any form can really affect the lungs.

Smoking and diseases:


Smoking causes chronic lung damage, heart attack, and cancer. In some cases, there may be erectile dysfunction, blood and oral cavity, and cataract problems. Smoking can also enhance the chance for post surgical wound infections, and conceiving problems. Tobacco stains in teeth can cause bad breathing which in turn can weaken the ability to smell and taste. Chewing tobacco causes mouth cancer and irritation in the air pipes.

What should you do to stop smoking?

There is no stop smoking drugs or stop smoking pills. A smoker can be benefitted by attending to stop smoking forum. You need a strong will to stop smoking. Patches can help you quit smoking.
